First Impressions with a Stunning Kentucky Fence Entrance

What Does A Stunning Kentucky Fence Entrance Look Like?

The entrance of a development sets the tone for everything to follow. It’s the first greeting, the first impression, and the first indication of the quality and character that lies beyond. When we received the call from Bailey Farms, a picturesque 10-lot community in Gastonia, North Carolina, to help elevate their subdivision entrance, we knew the timeless elegance of our three-board Kentucky Style Fence would be the perfect solution.

With craftsmanship, precision, and passion guiding our work, the result was both simple and breathtaking. The entrance upgrade that not only complements the surrounding community but also enhances the curb appeal for potential homeowners.

Why the Entrance Matters

The entrance to a subdivision is not just a functional space; it’s a visual prelude for what’s to come inside. For real estate developers, landowners, and farm owners, a striking entrance can significantly impact the perception of a property’s value and appeal. A well-designed entrance delivers an immediate message about quality, attention to detail, and the uniqueness of the community.

This is why Bailey Farms turned to us—to create a statement piece that harmonizes with the stunning North Carolina countryside while setting a refined stage for what their exclusive 10-lot community has to offer.

The Bailey Farms Project

When we arrived at Bailey Farms, nestled along the rolling hills of Gastonia, we were captivated by the potential the property held. The subdivision needed an entrance that was not only beautiful but also aligned with the aesthetic of the surrounding community. The vision was clear—enhance the charm and sophistication of the space, creating a welcoming feel for the future homeowners.

Our solution? A majestic three-board Kentucky Style Fence, synonymous with elegance and timeless beauty.

Why the Kentucky Style Fence?

The Kentucky Style Fence is a seamless blend of practicality and beauty. Originally designed for equine estates and sweeping pastures, these fences bring a sense of order and refinement to any property. At Bailey Farms, it offered so much more than a boundary—it became the statement piece the community deserved.

  • Clean Lines, Classic Appeal

The signature clean lines of the three-board fence mirrored the straight alignment of Patrick Road, providing an uninterrupted visual flow that draws the eye toward the community.

  • Compelling Curb Appeal

Crafted with 685 linear feet of upgraded poplar boards, the fence offered a durable and eye-catching upgrade, perfectly complementing the serene countryside.

  • Timeless Durability

Built to stand the test of time, this fence ensures functionality without sacrificing its elegant appearance.

Our Four-Day Transformation

With the vision set and the fence style chosen, our team got to work. Over the course of just four days, we set and erected the fence, paying close attention to Patrick Road, to set the lines. On each side of the community entrance, the fence gracefully stretches out, meeting in the middle like open arms welcoming guests and homeowners alike.

The result? A stunning entrance that combines bold craftsmanship with thoughtful design. Ryan Roche of RyKar Homes, the developer behind Bailey Farms, couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. “It completely changed the curb appeal!” he shared.
